RMI ARCHITECTS COMPLETE FIRST PROJECT IN DUBLIN FOR BEAUMONT HOSPITAL WITH OMNIPARK CONSULTING SUITE

RMI are delighted to complete and handover this unique healthcare project in Dublin for Beaumont Hospital.  The works, comprising the conversion and fit out of three first floor retail units, provides an additional 16 consulting rooms, reception, waiting rooms and ancillary accommodation, doubling the current provision at the site.

This new consulting suite for Beaumont Hospital provides an expansion to an important ‘in-the-community’ facility at Omnipark Shopping Centre in Santry, North Dublin aiming to reduce outpatient waiting times and increase capacity to see patients.

As a unique typology the design team were able to deliver healthcare compliance within a non-traditional retail setting, working with and modifying existing fabric and services to achieve a modern consulting suite for Beaumont Hospital in the heart of the community. All of this was achieved whilst working within a fully operational busy shopping centre environment.

The project is the practice’s first completed in Dublin and with further projects moving forward RMI continue to expand our portfolio of projects and locations.
