The development concept for the Chaine Court scheme is based on the principle of dividing the site into three portions with three defined housing blocks and two high quality public green spaces. At both extremes of the development the apartment units are designed to act as book ends containing the two other house types. All the units have rear access via secure walkways while maintaining existing access to neighbouring properties.
The combination of an attractive elevation, strong forms and generous provision of public green spaces creates an impressive development addressing not just Chaine Court but the busier Belfast
